Numerica Credit Union - Kennewick Branch, Kennewick, WA

Let me count the ways… just today alone Numerica dropped the ball big time. I spent hours on the phone yesterday going over what’s needs to happen with an ach deposit… it was all gone over in detail to ensure I wouldn’t be left hanging when it came time to purchase materials for a contract job that was planned already… guess what… yup… in less than 16 hours they literally dropped the ball flat out slammed the ball… they sent BACK the ach deposit because they were too busy to READ THE NOTES ATTACHED ALL OVER IT…. Yep and called them on it. What do they do? They tell me to fill out a loan application…. Really?? So I get half way through then they tell me I can’t cause it’s a business account…. Then they transfer me to 3 more people… nobody fixes anything… barely an apology and here I am standing in the cold with 1400 dollars in materials that I need to pick up and now can’t.. three guys ask looking at me like what The hell…. The most insulting part… was some assistant manager who had no clue about anything doesn’t understand anything getting an attitude… this what you call professional banking… this how you treat a long standing customer… I have THOUSANDS of dollars go through this bank every day and or month… but if this is how I’m left then I’ll not do business with them anymore….. I’ll give it one hour and see if there’s ONE actual professional that calls and tries to help but if there’s not… I’ll go to another bank as well as network my treatment from them….to the community …..using my own business to do it…. I’ll update in an hour and post weather or not one professional actually exists or not at Numerica… stay tuned

This is an excellent financial institution! Leo the manager of the branch has unparalleled knowledge and customer service! The staff under him show no less excellence, such as Rosa, I have had my business and personal accounts at the Numerica branch for 4 years and they have been very patient with my business transactions without question. A major pro is how quickly the team gets back to you with answers to any questions, weather they are regarding personal accounts or business needs. I have been very lucky to have my business account at this bank.

Been to 2 previous banks and ill be sticking with these guys for a long time. Still young and didnt kniw a whole lot about loans or banks (thanks highschool). But whenever i asked a question they took the time to explain it in a way i understood. GREAT customer service. I have worked with Gary Grant for a while at Numerica and I've always received stellar service from him and his staff members. I would recommend anyone looking to start an account with a great company go see Gary in Kennewick!

They take 30 minutes to just answer the stupid phone. Every time I call. Honestly can’t wait to close my account!!!

Numerica has been great for years, love Katie at this branch! Their Fraud Protection is the best I have ever experienced! They well call you several times in a row if they detect something funny. Have stoped my wife card from being used for fraud.

Raymond made the car loan experience super easy to do! He was upfront with the interest rate and the loan amount. I would definitely do business again with Raymond!
