Washington Trust Bank, Kennewick, WA

I went through the process of taking out a business loan. I talked to multiple banks trying to get the best option and Washington Trust not only offered the best rates, but were hands down the friendliest and most professional. Although I ended up not needing the loan, I can't say enough about them. Kathy Ruggles is the branch manager is one of those people whom I am proud to call a friend. Strongly recommend

These guys are the exact opposite of the BIG BANKS! They are relationship driven and provide unheard of Customer Service in the banking industry. Kathy Ruggles (Branch Manager) is awesome and the entire staff is extremely friendly & helpful. They excel in helping small businesses with their banking needs. We love banking here!

I tried depositing a check from the company i worked for . The bank teller did not accept it with no valid explanation other than it might be a scam . She didn’t bother to confirm it with me , which i had all the information to prove that it was a real valid check. It was so rude from her side to not even see it her self. Unfortunatly i have to say that was a bad experience with that poor customer service i was given & a rude attitude.

I would give zero stars if I could. This bank stole $900+ from me just in fee’s for not using my account. I thought my money was sitting in there building interest but they were just stealing it from me with a $27 a month ‘fee’ until they exhausted all funds in my account and then closed it. Did not notify me of this one time. Not via mail or by letter. You are better off banking with a credit union. Stay far away from any kind of ‘bank’.
