Found myself in a bit of a spot and needed a quick loan. Got approved , just needed to bring back a valid check to finish the process , made the mistake of asking about repayment options at rhe end of the loan. Immediately was told I was not getting the loan if I was already asking about repayment plans. Needless to say I walked out those doors for the last time ..bad business for me

The tellers at Microloans NW are AMAZING!!! You can feel the family atmosphere there and they really make you feel like you’re the only customer in the store when you’re in front of their windows. They greet you when you walk in, they remember your name, they know what you’re there for, and as you make your way to their window they’re already grabbing all your paperwork to make your transaction smooth and quick! My last time there I was helped by the lovely Veronica who is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her customers. She was able to get us a better rate and called us to come back in After we had left to get a little money refunded back to us which is always nice!

I've gotta say, anytime Jess is working I end up having a great experience! I send money to my mom out of state a few times a month, and it seems like anywhere else I've gone there's always some issue. But Jess is always so quick and pleasant to deal with, she really makes it a breeze!

I just want to share my experience. I came in to this store after a long day of trying to run errands. I didn't get off work until late and I still needed to cash my check. I can tell you I met one of the most sweetest and down to earth ladies ever named Veronica. You really made my day so much better it was such a relief when you helped me. I was able to get my check cashed and go home to my kids to make dinner. I will be returning, thank you Micro Loans NW!! You guys are the best!!

I was in a jam! I've never had an issue cashing my checks before. So when I came here to micro loans it was on an emergency. I need to get this cashed on a weekend.. Which made it so they could not verify employment right of way I just produced some documentation sign some paperwork and for a nice hefty fee was able to have my check cashed. I'm very very appreciative of these people because they didn't have to So thank you..
