At first Kelly was great. Then out of nowhere I became a burden to her. It seems as if when I finish signing the document and she gets her commissions worth of pay, I become a dogchit customer that is very annoying to her. Professional service has left the chat. Having a bad day much? Was not impressed. I was surprised and confused when her tone changed. Made me wonder if I did something wrong myself. I plan on returning the loan and going somewhere else. Shawn on the other hand at the other branch helped me with my issues I was having, ANOTHER loan officer at a DIFFERENT branch helping me with excellent service. Kelly treated me like I had Down syndrome, treated me like trash. Her information given when going through paperwork was terrible but I tried rolling with the punches. Jezus people can’t even fake a smile well without dying of pure ego overload. Hate these guys

We were absolutely amazed with the comfortable atmosphere in the office and the warm, friendly, kind and patient response we received from Kelly. There was no pressure. All of our questions were answered with the same kindness and patience. We are so very pleased we found OneMain Financial and Kelly. Over the years we've had some loans and the companies and/or agents were rude, mean and pretty much insulting. Making us feel "less than" for even needing to get a loan or not understanding all of the contract mumbo jumbo. Not Kelly. She is terrific! Will definitely be recommending OneMain Financial to friends and relatives. Thanks Kelly and OneMain Financial. You're lifesavers!

Kelly was amazing and the whole office was very kind and warm. They did their best to make you comfortable. It was such a quick and easy process and they helped me grow my credit score! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Or anyone really!

DO NOT USE ONE MAIN FINANCIAL!!! No need to leave a extensive negative feedback!! After my experience with Kelly, we ended up using another finance company, LendingPoint! LendingPoint is professionally far more superior than One Main Financial will ever be!!
