Easiest and best mortgage experience by far! Usually getting a mortgage is a process that drags on, but not here. Josh and his team went above and beyond to assist with our mortgage and make sure we closed in time. This has been the EASIEST and most efficient mortgage process I have ever experienced! (4th time homebuyer here.) Josh checked in regularly and always answered his phone when needed. I've deal with mortgage companies who were slow to respond to the point where I'd be calling nonstop to get updates, and they wouldn't be willing to work with me to get the best rate possible for my loan or to even get me approved for a loan. Not with Josh! He has creative ways to get the loan through and would check in with me very frequently. I loved how proactive he was with communication. Very personable and a great guy all around. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to get your mortgage and go to Josh specifically. Thanks so much, Josh and team, for making homebuying easy and fun.
