My company banks through twin city. The employees here have been very kind! I haven’t spoken with an employee in about 6 months and they remembered my name when I dropped deposits off! They have a way of making you feel special! Great job Twin City Bank!

The last two months every time I’ve gone through the drive up I’ve had horrible customer service. The dark haired girl working in the window never welcomes on arrival and never says anything once my transaction is complete. If you’re going to be working customer service you might want to be a little more friendly to your customers.

Twin City Bank does not offer reimbursement for ATM usage outside either Twin City Banks. Twin City Bank does not offer the “ZELLE” money transfer options other banks offer.
