Horizon Credit Union, Moses Lake, WA

Stay away. Do NOT use this bank. Family members used this bank and paid of an auto loans and after 3 months still hadn’t received the title. After verifying the mailing address 3 times they still claim they received the title back because they had a bad address. Clerk claims she had no explanation as to why that happened. Now we have to pay additional fees and request a new title at the licensing office.

Been banking here for years. Everyone is great and never had a problem.

There not helpfull at all unless you have an account with them they wont even give you change

I have been a member with Horizon Credit Union for over thirty years. Every time I go in to make a transaction, the employees treat me with much kindness and respect. I especially appreciate Tina, who works diligently to always make my visits at the branch most welcoming. The Safeway Branch is the best. Tina is almost always there when I come in to do my banking. She is very kind and courteous which is nice because you don’t always get that from a few people at their main branch in Moses. Shoutout to Maybellene as well. You two are doing it right. Thank you.
