KeyBank, Moses Lake, WA

Lines are a little long but the tellers are kind and work as quickly as they can. Very pleased with service and ease of banking with them. When I was shopping for a mortgage it was easy to get someone to talk to who listened to me.

Horrible place to bank. I opened my account in Wenatchee and they where amazing. Helpful and never ran into any issues. Moved here to Moses and it wasn’t even a month into banking here and they messed up my deposit along with many other things. The new manager lady is not patient and rudely shooed me out of her office when I was trying to resolve an issue. I do not recommend this branch to anyone unless you don’t care about losing money here and there

Despite the bad reviews this bank has been awesome to me. Lots of friendly faces and helping build my credit. The staff always go the extra mile to explain in detail every question you have. Also if people have problems with fees it's probably your fault you didn't set up your accounts correctly.

I opened a keybank account when I started my business , over a year ago. I tried every other bank in Moses ,and the tellers treat you terrible. Walking into keybank and being greeted and helped... they make you feel like family. They have helped me to financially plan for my business and huge family. Hats off to the keybank family and business. You guys are great!

I had a very uncomfortable experience there. First of all the place already dark and gloomy. The teller he wasn't making you feeling like you're welcome. They're making you feel like you need their service more than they needed you to stay open. I got greater service over at US bank. I ve been with keybank for years and this is the worse service place.
