I pulled out a loan last year with this company when nobody else would work with me. I moved across country and fell on some pretty hard times for a bit and was unable to make payments. Tera Hill was personally working with me, she is such an understanding individual and was very flexible working with me and my small budget. These are great people working here who truly care about you and not just getting their money back. Highly recommend this place if you can't find anywhere else to approve you. Interest rate is a little high, but it is what it is.

Juana rivera in the Olympia office was one of the worst customer service representatives I have had the non- pleasure of speaking with in some time. After being approved for a loan I proceeded to ask questions regarding what documents she needed. It was like pulling teeth she seemed uninterested and very unfriendly. I hope that she will treat future customers with more respect and kindness in the future, from one representative to another the company should give her adequate training on how to be more friendly when dealing with future customers it's safe to say I decided not to go through with her service.

I keep cancelling the auto payment they set up and they keep taking out a payment even though I've sent in a payment. The refund process is slow even thoigh its their mistake and the dont call back when the say they will.

I have been a client at LendMark for many years and they have always done their best to accommodate my financial needs or offered resolution in difficult times. I highly recommend this agency.

This branch sent me down a rabbit hole gathering documentation, only for the manager to ghost me and have another representative inform me that what I was not approved... AFTER indicated the documentation was needed for the approval... As another review stated, this place is a huge joke... and a complete waste of energy... Make this your last option and by all means.. manage your expectation.. to forgo disappointment.... If I could rate them a negative I would. The disapproval was not the problem, it the last of customer service and human dignity that bothered me most... The agent indicated he would "tell him".. but I said, I'm sure he knows...
