They don’t keep record so you will end up spending 500 extra just to pay off your loan. People don’t do the loan or you will regret the extra pay off. And I’m sure they don’t care about this post it’s not like they are going to give back the extra payoff. Remember customer service is a big catch on anything. Signing anything is like signing your soul to the devil. Better off signing for a home loan. But not with these guys.

I wasn't really happy and unsure of the way I was helped, simply because had I not asked or mention about the "insurances" options that I had, I would've got charged with an extra fees that I had an option to whether opt in or out of it..smh. Not to mention that I had to always ask the loan specialist to elaborate some of the things that she should've in the first place. I felt that she tried to rush me to just go through the paper works and sign it. As soon as I fully pay this loan, I will never go back to that place again and will not recommend to anyone to go to that particular place, in Olympia.
