1st Security Bank, Port Angeles, WA

this bank is not for the customer, its for the clients. my question is, what makes a client better than a customer?? was it my hair? your a bank, im a customer that had banking needs, having a account means i choose you to guard my assets, that was not a interest of mine, my interest was to trade currency bills for change, but was rudely denied services because i wasent good enough,

I'm so happy I moved my business account to this bank. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Elisa Simonsen is a great personal banker - no question is too small and she is prompt and resourceful.

I was appalled at some of the reviews. Are you seriously dissing First Security Bank Port Angeles Wa. Location?!? My family (1950’s) first used First Nat’l Bank , which became BofA, and finally First Security Bank. These professionals with a caring home town spirit keep us a loyal client. I especially have most contact with Elisa Simonson , the bank manager extraordinaire , who always goes above and beyond. Thank you all for your excellence!

I was a fairly happy Bank of A. customer for almost 20 years, i'm also lazy and don't like to have to change banks, but 1st security has driven me to do just that, and here's why: At first it was just their annoying and clunky online banking, then i find out they are charging me for checks for over a year that i never ordered, received, or got my money back for, then the last straw, because of the crappy online banking i payed a bill twice and over drew my account by $100; they acted as if they were a collections agent, they harassed me by phone, mail, and email then froze my debut card after telling me they wouldn't, all because i couldn't get more money in the account in 20 days (i get payed like most people at the beginning of every month). So would i recommend this bank to somebody i liked, hell no!
