We been doing business with Ben’s Loan for 6 years now. It’s where I get my firearms since it’s close to work, after I clock out, I just stop by and hang out. Very knowledgeable firearm specialists and decent prices. Fast turnaround on the 10-day period hold. Great assortments of cool electronic gadgets, games, tools, speakers, jewelry etc

Have used layaway to purchase fire arms several times. I had paid $800 total of the $1000 and I received a call to pick up my 30rd mag since the ban was going to be enacted. I went to pick up my magazine only to be told my Draco Pistol had been sold to somebody else because I had not made a payment. I was told I would be given a $200 credit for another ar pistol in stock. Not happy after being a repeat customer for over 7 years.

I have bought two shotguns from this store and both have had huge malfunctions. the first shotgun I bought from them wouldn't cycle which I called in and they fixed and the seconded shotgun I purchased from them had the safety fly off after the first shot, the quality of their firearms are poor and not kept and maintained well and each gun I have bought from them has been filthy as if it has never been cleaned.

I would have given them 5 stars until I went to clean my gun that I just picked up not even an hour ago and SOMEONE HAS BEEN FIRING MULTIPLE ROUNDS FROM IT!!!!!!! DO NOT LOAN YOUR WEAPONS HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR STUFF AND SHOOT WITH IT AND GIVE IT BACK DIRTY AS HELL. I KNOW I CLEANED MY REVOLVER BEFORING BRINGING IT TO THEM

This is an update to my Post dated December 1st 2023. Today it was excellent to connect with the owner Melanie and Andrew who helped me through a difficult situation. Over the years Andrew has always been someone to trust So I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a call from him today about my concern. Not only did he take time to patiently listen to my heart but also helped me to understand policy clearer. He made me feel like a real customer again by stepping in warmly and quickly to help resolve the situation. Well, he exceeded my expectations by blessing me with a generous much needed donation towards my loan. Although not obligated to do anything for me it just shows the type of person he is. His unique care and concern for the customer shows clearly through his actions and speaks volumes about Ben's loans. I want to thank Melanie And Andrew for caring enough about me to Understand where I was coming from and helping to resolve this matter. Most of all I appreciate both of them for working with me to regain years of trust again. Thank you.

Their ammo pricing and selection overall for every category is not bad. They have all types of cool accessories and parts for your firearm that some places don’t have. In all honesty I would rather go here to buy anything firearm related than anywhere else.
