Great hourz and easy enough to find once off freeway.

From my first interaction on the phone with them I have been very impressed with their stellar service. All the tellers were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Alfredo, the teller that served me even called Fred Meyer to see if they could help me because they couldn't do such a huge money order with a debit card at their location. They could have just said they didn't have that service and turned me away like the other places I had tried before I went to Moneytree. Instead they went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back if I need their services in the future.

I've been banking with money tree for years I use them to pay bills direct use direct deposit get change as far as I was a member of money tree but my last new interactions of money tree have been quite unpleasant as far as assuming I am not who I am even though I have given the proper identification and stuff they recently told me that they no longer give change as one of their services but it was in a really awkward way so Im just not going to bank here. account canceled

I highly recommend this establishment. They have gone above and beyond multiple times for myself and family members to get verification on checks. Steve their manager in particular is who has assisted us. If you are having issues with anything ask for him and he will look into every option to get it resolved. They are also very friendly. I will never go to another check cashing place but here.

Steve at money tree helped me when no one else would verify a couple of large checks that the accounting department at the payer of the checks wasn't open to verify he went above and beyond to find a way to speak with an employee that could verify they were legitimate, on a Saturday, and was kind and patient the entire time. He helped me when no one else was willing. Thanks again Steve for making sure I could pay my bills and feed family!

Worst place I've ever done business the manager tried to lie and say that it was protocol that I had to pay for something that I did not do on my name tried to force it just to cash my check the women then lied on they company saying it was the only way cause they allowed fraud on my account will never come to this place again ever in life specially with the lying Asian women trying to force me to give them money on something they had wrong
