Sent email to branch, using address provided on website, to request payoff balance on my accounts. A week later and still absolutely no response. But rest assured, I would be contacted promptly and repeatedly if ever late on a payment.

Greg was extreamly rude and would not give us the original loan we were approved for before coming in. Keats pushing to get a higher loan amount so he could make more money. Gave us the max interest. Trust me, find another company to work with. Or atleast avoid greg. His breath smelled so bad! Unprofessional. Edit** so my bank flagged the check I recieved from one main as fraudulent! They froze my account. Now fine, fine, protecting me. The issue is that one main doesnt respond to banks inquiries to clarify the check so I can have my account back! Took over a week. Dont do business with these people.

Anthony was great. I was alittle difficult and was unsure about taking out a loan right now. But anthony made it so easy and wasnt pushy. 12/10 would recommend

I started application with shawn online and had an emergency. Had to hangup, then they never returned my call. I decided to go in in person and they denied me there, saying the reason i want my loan is for something else i asked for.

From the very first phone call with one main in renton I knew I should have taken my buisness elsewhere. However, there was one gentleman who managed to save me. Fast forward two years, ready to sell the car and shrink the loan. Make the call to one main in renton and once again the customer service from these men are non existent. One person had the audacity to spend ten minutes telling me I could get more money for my car. Thank you sir, I am aware of how much my car is worth. I would like to add, this is not a I didn’t get approved so I am writing a bad review type of moment. I knew there was a possibility, what I was asking for was solutions. Which no one willing to share with me. I work as an operations manager and deal with customers on the daily. Each and everyone should take a lesson on customer service. How to treat customers like humans and not a number. I am now working with another bank to take the loan from one main so I can move on with my life. If you need a quick fix and don’t mind being treated like a robot, one main renton is the place to go. If you have self respect and prefer kindness take your business elsewhere.
