basic kindness and customer service do not exist here. the attitudes of the employees was so completely arrogant and disrespectful. you’d think you were inside a Gucci store with how full of themselves they act. you will be treated as if you aren’t worthy to be in their presence. i left the place feeling sick to my stomach. if this place is your last resort i suggest practicing meditation beforehand in order to keep self control as you will be talked down to and disrespected.

Got offered $250 for a 2022 laptop that goes $2999 brand new. Terrible customer service. Didn't greet me. Nor talked to me while he was showing me 2017-2018 model laptops that go for $500 on ebay. Toxic place, dont recommend

Had to pawn a couple of my beloved items, unfortunately - but the customer service is always a 10, so it gives me peace of mind. Will definitely be coming here whenever I’m in a pinch. Great, friendly staff and super helpful + always a clean space.

Guy working there was super nice and chill. Went in looking for some passive speakers for my turntable. He was nice enough to setup and wire some speakers I was interested in buying. After taking the grill off he noticed the port had a dent, took the price from $220 to $160 without me even asking. Even threw in some speaker wire. Great customer service and great experience!! Speakers sound great
