Sign up for paperless, still get advertisements for their services mailed to you. Since I didn't have a choice of servicer, it's pretty lame that I have spam being physically mailed to me. 1-star to reflect that there's a cost to advertising to a captive audience.

Stellar group of Professionals.with a HUGE potential for growth- Flagstar is the wind that will SAIL this company to the moon and back. The views from the offices are incredible and the KITCHEN...the nicest ever.

I was with Flagstar for 4 years...when interest rates went down I submitted a refinance application ( actually applied twice) and was turned down. I always paid on time with very good credit rating, but was told I didn't qualify...Went to Mortgage Solutions and was refinanced with 2.75 interest rate ( 4 % with Flagstar) and reduced my monthly payments by $580 monthly....Flagstar is not about its customers it's only there to make money for its administration.. So glad I am no longer with them.

Flagstar failed to pay my 1st half 2021 property taxes from Escrow, didn't contact me via phone or e-mail about it, and I ended up having to pay King County $500 in late fees. Obviously won't be banking with them again!
