Awful customer service. After Darcy left it was nothing but a horrible experience, no one seemed to have answers for any of the questions I had. I was charged over and over again for over draft fee’s when my card information was stolen. Finally got it canceled after literally weeks of trying to resolve the issue. Will never bank here again.

I have been banking at 1st Security Bank at the Sequim branch for almost a year now. My daughter has banked there since they took over from the former bank located there. Neither one of us have had any problems. The staff are friendly and helpful. With these other poor reviews I thought I should balance it out with a customer who has had a good experience.
