Craig Stevenson is true to his word, willing to work through verbal discrepancies, and insure a good experience. I have used Peninsula Mortgage for two home purchases now. The first in Port Angeles the second in Vancouver, Wa. Each time when I needed clarification Craig and Dusty actively communicated towards a resolution or solution. Peninsula Mortgage is an honest shop that does tidy and timely work on your behalf. A mortgage lender ought to be someone you are comfortable talking to, can resolve questions with, and trust . Craig Stevenson is just that. Hard working small business with good character. Recommend.

Every time my EX husband refinances his home, that I am not on in any way, never have been, Craig Stevenson does a hard pull on my credit even though I have explained to him I do not agree to this, I do not authorize the pull and will not sign for him to do so legally, but he does it anyhow, illegally. Very unethical. Update- It's been 2 weeks. Tried to contact Craig for explanation on why he pulled my credit when I was not associated with the loan in ANY WAY. He has yet to respond. Guess he got what he wanted and closed the loan to pad his pocket, even though running my credit was unethical and against the law. Update-Now 2 months later, Craig has still not bothered to respond, explain or rectify the situation with the credit bureaus. I asked for a simple letter from him that I could send to my bank and the credit bureaus explaining he pulled my credit in error, but he never responded. I lost the home I was trying to build due to his unethical behavior. He gets what he wants at the expense of others with no regard for who he hurts. My ex even contacted him to find out why he pulled my credit when he too told him never to do it, and to help solve the issue with my lender and he never responded. Horrible person!!

My wife and I bought our house and worked with Craig on the financing. Words really cannot begin to explain how thorough and professional Craig was throughout the process. It was painless, easy and very quick. We would only use Craig if we buy something else. My wife sold real estate for many years and dealt with numerous mortgage lenders, and Craig was head and shoulders a TRUE standout. You rock Craig! Thank you.

I will not send anyone to Craig again. He did not do his job and kept giving us excuses and blaming somebody else. He was training someone, it was the banks fault and had his mind somewhere else. We had to cash in our retirement funds to buy our house and then according to him get a V.A. loan to replace the money we spent on our new home. His either lack of knowledge about the mortgage process or his complete disregard for the his clients has cost my family over $67,000.00 in taxes and that V.A. loan has to be paid back. thanks Craig for being such a wonderful financial wizard.
