Gerad was the key. I told him a couple times that I was likely to go with a different lender, and that I did not want to waste his time running my application. I am very skittish about any thing I perceive as high pressure sales, but he was very patient, pointed out things to look for, and assured me that Caliber did not mind spending time on my app to have a chance at my business, even though I suggested that I was pretty sure I was going with Ally. When Ally did something that broke my trust, Gerad was there, ready to go. I believe he even put in time while he was on vacation. Great job, and thank you Gerad. Caliber, you should have Gerad give a clinic about bringing a customer home that has said "no" a couple times.

Caliber Home Loans and Gerad Nucci are the best in the business. I grew up with 2 parents as Realtors and spent my summers working real estate and with a title company. I then went on to Commerical Mortgage Banking. I've been around the block, so to speak, with regards to buying and selling real estate. I've never worked with a Broker as thorough and communicative as Gerad. He's a tremendous resource!
