I refinanced with this company. They charged a double payment on my account that was unauthorized. They sent the double payment through my bank 5 times resulting in multiple fees. When confronted Ashley informed me that there is nothing she could do, lied about our orevious discusion, and said take it up with your bank. Never use this place.

We received a very influenced response. Due to poor credit score and debt, we were trying to find a way to get credit card (high interest rate) paid off. OneMain Financial offered up multiple options! Appreciate it very much! Great professional response and guidance with the loan!

Had received many offers to get a loan, but had some medical bills and needed help. Ashley was amazing and gave me several options to help me in my situation. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel like a valued customer.

The key is to call in and request to make a PRINCIPAL only payment. Your mistake will be to pay large lump sums without requesting that it go to principal only. Also, do not take a full 60 months to pay off your loan unless you want to pay a few extra grand in interest rates alone. The customer service here is not the best. Once I made a complaint it did improve. There needs to be an option online to make a principal only payment. Also, it would be nice if there were perks like lower interest rates for customers who make their payments on time. And I'm not talking about the .25% drop that we received with our new loan. That was a joke. If your company would treat their customers better you could probably improve your business profit. My husband and I will not be using your services again. If you do have to use their services it can be helpful in time of need ONLY IF you pay off your loan as quick as possible. Long term loans seem enticing but with 25% interest you're going to pay an arm and a leg.

Was looking into consolidation options and prior to signing they are extremely warm and friendly, but dealing with them afterword is a nightmare. I needed to update my banking information for direct pay, filled out their form once - and payment was pulled again a few days later from the old account after I had already made payment from the new account. OneMain main customer service is great but they refer you to the branch for everything. The guy who answered the phones was extremely rude saying that's standard practice and my fault. I paid the loan off in full and won't be doing business with them again. I ended up having to fill out their direct deposit form twice incurred $100 in NSF fees for one payment they had already received and was posted to my account because of their outdated systems and poor customer service. My account was never behind, and they pulled a payment one month before my loan documents and they stated it would begin. I gave up trying to get a refund of the $100 in fees. $100 to be rid of their poor and expensive products? Sure.

Was working with Ashley she is an amazing person I think her very much for all the work and everything she did to get this done she helped us out so much. she has no idea how much she helped us out thank you for the good work keep up the job Ashley.

Do NOT use this lender. I have been paying at least $350.00 per month and frequently even more than that, well ahead of the scheduled payments of $246.00 and my principle is not moving down much from when I took out the loan 3 years ago. THIEVES! And yes, I have payed every month. Unbelievable. The only reason I gave them one star is that you must enter at least one star or it won't let you post your review. Update 7/23. I have paid off the loan. The payoff amount was only a few bucks less than the balance, and I paid it off about 8 months early. No matter how desperate you may be for a loan, steer clear. It's easy to get a loan here, but you will pay dearly. It's much easier to keep your credit in good shape than it is to do business with this company.
