I enjoy going to the parkland branch and see friendly faces of Jaz,Shani, and Richard. They have always been helpful professional and kind. I am a mother in mourning as I lost my sweet special 19 year old son to tragedy and sometimes its hard to even want to go out in public in fear of facing unkind people that is just too much for my healing heart. It is always comforting to know I can go handle my business at moneytree and know I will see one of those smiling faces, so imagine my surprise when a fairly new worker christy greeted me with an unhappy look and instead of helping me told me to go sit down and wait. I actually left and went to the 38th branch and was helped right away.I am disappointed in the way she treated me and how unhelpful she was I do not believe she meets the standards I have come to expect from a moneytree employee and an odd interaction in the parking lot with her leads me to believe she is a liability. I am happy to discuss this matter in detail but will not be doing business with christy again.The parkland branch can be challenging due to the location but having a unfriendly un reasonable person on staff does not seem like a good fit.I will return in hopes of seeing jaz, shani or richard who have always been so wonderful and professional. They are just good at what they do and so you can thank them as they are why I will return.

I have used their services now for several months. Not only was the place always very clean, but the people were remarkably friendly and very easy to work with! They even extended my loan due date to account for an extra couple days to better fit my schedule, for a comfort cushion in case my payday was delayed to prevent extra costs. I was very pleased with my experience! This was unexpected due to poor experiences at other locations. I will never visit any other branch!

The worst experience ever the lady was rude as hell and not professional at all. I didn't get her name in which I wish I did because I would put her on blast on how rude and unprofessional she is.

You're allowed 8 loans in a year. I'm on loan number 6 and haven't even been able to take out my full loan limit due to their companies policies. You start at the bottom and have to take out 3 or 4 loans just to work your way up to your full limit. Don't go on a payment plan, even if you pay it off on the first payment you're bumped back down to half. If you return, you might as well waste all your remaining loans being punished working your way back to the top. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time. They also don't tell you anything. They just take your money and then act like they don't know why you just paid back $100 more than what you're allowed to take back out, so you end up walking out the door confused and screwed. Never once walked out of this place feeling like I am better off or even like it helped my situation like it's supposed to. Ace needs to come back, they were always there for their customers and didn't make you feel like a lowly broke a** human being for taking out a payday loan. This company is scandalous to say the least and doesn't give a crap about their customers even if you have loaned there for years. Mess up once and your back to the bottom. Boy, do they know how to punish people.

Wouldn't take a $100 bill as a payment that was given in a loan the previous week. Looked at it as if it was fake when they were the ones that gave it in the loan. Will not be taking any loans with them again after this experience. Bank had no problem with it. Don't go to this branch they will discriminate. I won't be back 3rd time in my life I've been discriminated against by a business

Staff are very friendly and kind. I always go there when I have money issues.

Every time e we get a check that’s legit they always turn the check down saying it counterfeit I swear the people that work here are stupid not days never go here again
