I have had a few loans with them and it was always a pleasant experience. I was always ahead on my payments by one or two months. I dont think anyone should take out a car loan unless you can do that.

I went through the process of purchasing a car and got denied and then we tried these guys and the approved me I'm so grateful and thankful for reliable credit association for making it happen for me I highly recommend these guys

Very friendly and pleasant to work with. I've been a customer for about 5 or 6 years now and they've never done me wrong. It would be nice if they offered direct deposit when you get a loan rather than mailing a check or having to pick it up but that's pretty much my only complaint.

1 star more like no stars. That's giving them to much credit. My friend got behind with her payments and was in contact with them and asked to skip a payment put it at the end or whatever they do. They came and repoed her car at night so quietly the dogs didn't bark. All her personal belongings inside and Noone will tell her where to go to get them. Her babies carseat stroller diaper bag her purse with her ID. Her keys to her other cars. Ect. What do u do.

Can always share the experience right and truth to it I really don't care. Don't deal with these people. They won't even honor the CONTRACT you have with them. If a vehicle they feel isn't worth on coming to get even if you use it as collateral they won't and will Hold your title even if they run it as a "charge off" and it goes to collections. They don't honor their contract but expect you too?😂they just don't want the hassle of selling it at auction Alex said. I have her voice recorded just like they record us. She flat out told me they dont wanna come get the collateral and did a complete charge off and it went to collections? Funny thing is they refuse to give the title back even tho its charged off and want to sell it back to me for 750? They will lie to you.

They don't care about you if you get repo because your behind 90 days oh instead of paying your late payments they tack on double so $500 payments turn into $3000 to get it back nice company don't care about struggling customers

I have received 3 different loans from Reliable and they have been great every time. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recomend them to anyone!!!
