My experience with united finance has been wonderful. The staff is professional and friendly, I've done business a few times.

Great company. They work with you. It doesn't matter how bad your credit is. As long as you pay them on time, they will help you out. I had to have surgery and they helped me by pushing my payments back. Recently, my truck had to be repaired because my transmission went out and they paid for it to be repaired and then added it to my balance on my loan. This is a great company. I been to alot of places and this one is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I went to the parkland office. Need a loan, I highly recommend united financial.

I finally paid my car off last week, yay me! During the 3yrs. I was with United the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was always so warm, welcoming and friendly. Cassie and Amanda (I think) always had the office decorated beautifully during the holiday season, and it made me smile. When it's time for another car, I definitely plan on working with them again. I had a family emergency. So I started researching online and local places and called several however, I just felt like none of them where as is genuine or personable as. A United Finance Tacoma I worked with many people from this place, in many ways, such as verifying submitted information, or any questions I had all the staff is amazing and as-well, in particular one that went out of (Samantha)her way from beginning to end . I’m super grateful because they may not realize but this company has given me the means to begin to have a financial reset.
