We came to Traci after speaking with several other mortgage lenders who never seemed to have the time or patience to answer our (many) questions. Traci took the time to thoroughly explain the loan process. She walked with us through the entire home buying journey, and it was comforting to know that we always had her in our corner, rooting for us. This was invaluable to us as this was our first time buying a home and that carries a great deal of anxiety, stress, and uncertainty with it but Traci helped to ease those worries and clear up any concerns or confusion we had. We were extraordinarily lucky to have Traci as our lender and so would anybody else who has the pleasure to work with her.
