Lisa Lang worked extremely hard at pulling things together for us on our property loan. She definitely went above and beyond. Communication was excellent during the whole process with all of our questions answered with knowledge and in a timely manner. If Lisa did not know the answer, she found the answer for us. We felt valued every step of the way. The rest of the staff we had interactions with at Washington Federal, Wenatchee branch, were all pleasant and eager to help. Thanks so much Lisa and Washington Federal Bank for helping our dreams become a reality working with us to buy our property. We will definitely do business with them again!!!

Had a fantastic experience with our home loan. The loan officer went above and beyond to walk us through the process. We switched our checking account to Wafed shortly after and the employees have always been nice and helpful.

I love this bank. Every time I go in the tellers are so friendly and ready to help me, I never have a long wait time either. The managers are very knowledgeable and community oriented! Thanks for being great!

My family and I have had great experiences at this bank and with the employees! Stasha Reed was amazing helping with insurance and was beyond kind to my mother (who had dementia) when she was with me. Before my mother passed, Stasha would always take the time when she saw us in the bank to come over and say hello to my parents and let my mother tell her a joke. I appreciated her kindness towards my mother more than I could ever put into words. I highly recommend this branch, especially Stasha Reed!

Today I did not have a good experience at this bank, I don’t want to go into detail because it’s obviously have to do with money. I went In and a young lady named “nicki” helped me and could not satisfy me with what I wanted done. She was very quiet and I did not feel understood and all I got was a nod as I tried explaining to her. She was typing on her computer for 10 minutes , I believe to her manager ( I never got her name ) . Her manager came out and basically told me I could not get done what I wanted and had a condescending tone of voice towards me . I’m just mostly disappointed on how they handled the situation not sure if the manager had a bad day. But yeah normally I always have a good experience which is why I’m shocked. Maybe they have new workers I don’t know. Well that’s all

Stasha Reed is an incredible insurance agent. She goes above and beyond for her clients and has alway answered all my questions quickly and effectively.
