Brandon and his team (especially Dallas and Ellen) were very clear and quick to communicate throughout the process. I rarely felt unsure of what I was supposed to do to keep things moving forward. I felt like the team was supporting my best interest throughout, and they remained patient with me even when I backed out of an early deal on an inspection contingency. Each client's needs will vary, but for me, I actually found the efficiency and speed at which the Caliber team moved to be a little too "behind the scenes"; that is, I sometimes wanted to know more about the whole process and how they were working with the title company etc... this is largely just because it was my first time buying property and I wanted to learn as much as possible as I intend to purchase more properties in the future. The team at Caliber came very highly recommended to me by multiple independent sources, and I will join the ranks of those pointing new buyers in their direction. I hope to work with them again soon. This is my Second time using Caliber. If the need arises I will be here for the Third. The Staff I worked with Dallas are exceptional knowledgeable.
