We have been customers for about 10 years, and now considering to drop them. When we first started, they were very friendly and customer-centric. We have had 3 mortgages with them and a number of other accounts.
All of the changes made in the past few years are not customer-friendly. The branch near us was shuttered and their lobbies are designed to remove human contact. I avoid going to the bank at all costs. I hate it. I only go there for transactions that are benefitted by a person being available to help me.
Today, I tried opening a new account for my son. Rather than help us, the “customer service” associate (who had no customers) said we’d have to go online or make an appointment. I asked to make an appointment. His response was not to help make an appointment, but to say he doesn’t know what appointments are available. No attempt to help see. The feeling of disservice is palpable.

We had a wonderfully easy and enjoyable experience working with Francisco while buying our home. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to us with the numerous questions we had about buying a home. We hope to use Solarity again and again!

The folks at Solarity had me feeling welcome and appreciated , when I opened my account . Any question I had was answered clearly and the staff took their time explaining in detail all of the features of my new account . I left feeling confident , secure , and like I had new friends . Furthermore , the Solarity app and the ATMs are far easier to use and navigate , than the bank I have been with . For me , this is like a breath of fresh air !

I hve called customer service plenty on times over the years as i do online payments periodically i like to actually talk to a real human . They hve always answered my questions. Great place to get a car loan great rates&awesome costumer service.

Disputing a fraudulent charge is ridiculous. Don't bother going into the branch, your only option is to call the "international" fraud line. The bank staff (no longer tellers) do nothing unless you need an instant issue debit card.

This is a great credit union for auto loans! I changed jobs and needed to adjust my payment date and they made it easy. I always got to speak with a real person who had the knowledge to help me with any issues. I will continue to be a Solarity customer for life!

I love this Bank so much. They are so respectful and helpful for all my needs. Also the ease of access to the app and online banking make it easier to use on the go. I would recommend this Bank to anyone.
