I had a $1500 fraudulent charge come up on my credit card, and Thrivent handled everything quickly and professionally! Their dispute with Mastercard has dragged on, but they immediately credited my account after the charge was discovered. After 90 days they notified me that they will absorb any loss with this charge, regardless of the outcome with Mastercard. They contacted me a couple of times to e-sign documents, but otherwise, they have handled everything. I use Thrivent for my business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank.

I love the ease of opening my account and the follow up afterwards. I have the direct deposit checking account and the ATM fees are reimbursed no matter which ATM you use. Yes , I moved all my accounts to Thrivent because of the ease of doing business and I live in Illinois. I received number service each and every time from the loan department when refinancing my home and car. I recommend Thrivent to be your primary account holder.

These people are Running scams and opening up fraudulent accounts from people who have the wrong identity of someone else. The person who stolen my identity attempted to open account at this Credit union and these people pretending to send me information about the whole process and they failed to do so

Getting the loan went well but when we closed the loan out, things were not handled well. If our lawyer hadn't checked on them the loan would not have closed over a $39.98 issue that was their fault and interest would have kept on accruing on a $150,000 loan without anyone informing us of what was going on. When my wife tried to talk to them about the problem their attitude was that it wasn't their problem at all.

Services are great. However, their customer services reps don't understand they are in the business of answering what they may think are stupid question. Unprofessional and super unhelpful. Britney like to laugh at you for trying to make your loan payments.

Have been a member since they opened, and I worked for AAL.. THEY ARE EXCELLENT in EVERY way. Recently had a fraud situation. They took care of everything immediately. Thank you and God bless.
