They helped me get money returned to me from a bogus company that I stupidly gave my account # 2. I had tried 2 cancel my membership with no avail. The ladies at this bank sat down with me and called them, and did something right bcuz they stopped charging me and the money they had taken was refunded within 2 weeks (:

Always have bad attitudes and hang up on you promptly like their job's are super stressful or something.

Their ATM will rip you off and they will not give you your money back avoid them.
