What I like is the local service. i.e. need to change passwords on debit card? just call local branch. Not a nationwide toll free number to only be put on hold an hour. Barb, Tiffany in Bloomer I work with a lot and I can email anytime and I'll hear back same day usually. 2018 I was flown to Mayo and was out of commission for quite some time. I told my wife to go down in person and talk to these gals, and they helped her out and bills were paid on time. Try that with other big chain banks. Sure SFB is growing, but they don't lose sight of the meaning of customer service and keeping it easy for the customer. Thank you ladies for taking care of all my questions LOL God Bless!
