The worst place I've ever been to and I would NEVER come back. No one is on the same page, communication wise. I was told so many different stories just to return their check to them. I had to pay money, but not only that they didn't make it easy for me at all. 1.) We called the day before to ask about the process of giving them the check back. A $ dollar amount was discussed 2.) They didn't have my title. 3.) I was told 2/3 different prices for returning the check. 4.The entire process was just unbelievable. I would rather go dance for a club before I go get another loan from them. The lady manager whomever she is just as bad as this company. All the b.s they put me through just to get my title and return their check was horrible. A horrible experience overall.

Rico was very nice, professional, wanted me to take more money than I could chew, so he could have a good commission but overall he was great!

Quick and easy process. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which I loved because I drove from the south suburbs of Chicago.

Angela is very uncourteous and unprofessional. I do understand that the stress of our job can sometimes can take a toll. However I don’t understand why I got such a off putting response from her. I looked up everything she asked me to, patiently and without a problem because that is my job, and I know she is just doing her job. Yet she became super snotty when I told her she would have to reach out to a different department to find out information on an issue I would have gladly assisted her with if I had access to it. She was not professional at all, seemed to have some sort of unspoken animosity and talked like she was in a hurry to release the call, I felt rushed trying to provide her all the information she was asking of me. When I asked for her name she just hung up in my face. I had to call back to get her name. I wish they treated individuals that they have to work with with the same courtesy and respect as they do their paying customers.

I was told what I needed coming so far & when I got their everything was explained done fast and professional & everyone was so nice

MS. Jackie over there in South Carolina on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill is the best! She deserves 20 stars 🌟 🤩. I have been trying to get my title back for over 2 years. Bam Jackie comes along and finds it in less than ten minutes. Talk about putting forth an effort. Jackie you made my year. Blessings to you and I pray you get the staff that suites your personality 🙏🏽

I drove all around Kenosha WI and no one was willing to give me an offer for a title loan but luckily I ran into Loan Max getting my kids McDonald’s and Rico was so helpful and understanding and very detailed. I was given an offer and left satisfied. I 100% recommend this location and Rico.
