When I submitted the application it was approved. The initial guy that I spoke with requested my paystubs, a lien holder release. The odometer reading, Insurance/Vin, and pictures of the entire car. After driving halfway to Mchenry from Kenosha I was told I needed the actual title and my application would be good for 25 days to complete the loan process which would have been 9/12/22. I called back to complete the process today 9/07/22 and they’ve already closed out my application. It was already approved and they had already pulled my credit. Now they want to pull it again. What would be the purpose when the original loan was already approved? I guess because I requested to finish the process 5 minutes away from my home versus 45 minutes to an hour they were unhappy with that. Seems very dishonest to me. Consumer(s) please beware. Something just seems to be really off with this entire encounter. Thanks for canceling the application. It’s greatly appreciated!

My fiancée has been trying for a loan for about 5 days, a huge run around. They don’t answer the phones 4 out of 5 and when they do, they say they’ll call right back and never do. They keep requesting the same info that you have sent numerous times. This is in Kenosha, wi. Don’t waste your time at this loan place. Very poor!

Wasted 5 hours of my day getting approved for an auto loan. The woman financing me had me running back and forth from home because she kept adding things I needed that could have been explained from the start. Refused to use up to date technology. They ended up closing at 7 pm and she said come back tomorrow. Which is great though because I got approved for a loan 21% lower the very next day from a credit union. Do not get a loan from this place their rates should be illegal. Do some shopping around for a better interest rate!

I have had over 3 different loans , 1 unsecured with one main . Payed on time every time even through the covid outbreak . I payed my last loan off 1.25 years earlier than the expected term should have taken . You would think I would have wonderful credit with them and they would want to work with me more . Well no that is not what they wanted to do . They instead denied me a loan , even with a truck title in hand mind you for security . Now times are hard these days due to covid , who isnt in a rough patch . But to turn away a loyal , in good standing customer due to outside credit issues due to covid is a shame . Take your money some where else . A place that will remember how good of customer you are and not just a number . Also when we went in to inquire about a loan we were met by a very rude guy whom ended up bein the owner . Makes sense now .

These are high interest loans. Once you get one loan, they keep calling you to try to get you to roll over into another loan. I kept getting phone calls “ I got great news for you, you can get a few grand in your pocket today!” They took advantage of me and kept putting pressure to roll old loans into new loans. Do not go here! Go to a bank instead for a loan.

I've been with one main since 2016. I have had 3 cars go through them. They are fantastic and care about their customers. When times are tough they even help with moving payments or canceling one to make sure you can use the money for something else. I've never had any issues with them and the customers service is great! Kenosha branch is wonderful and Penny has been working with me for years. Highly recommend.
