Nice local Credit Union. Local decisions, and very innovative. They try to make managing your money easy and convenient. I have been a member for many years and always enjoy how I am treated and the amenities that they offer.

I moved to Atlanta from Two Rivers about a year and a half ago. I didn’t want to part way with Shoreline because everything is attached to my account and I’ve been a member forever. I also do all my banking through the app anyway, so I decided to stay a member.
Ran into my first issue with depositing a check over the amount allowed. Brittany Musselman went above and beyond to make it work even though I’m in Atlanta in the matter of minutes and I can’t thank her enough. Smaller credit unions are worth it and I’m glad I stayed a member from many states away!

We refinanced during a period when a LOT of refinances were coming through. I knew it was going to be a longer process but Adria P. made us very comfortable, communicating all along the way. The rates were extremely competitive and we're glad it's still local! Thanks Adria!

Don not even try here I have delt with them way to long and now on a Saturday cant pull my money out of an atm go to a place that is known in places other than manitowoc and two rivers i am just telling you my experience

Trying to change my phone number on my account so I can activate my card, but nobody at any location is answering!! It's not a holiday, Google maps says they're open, what the hell guys?

MY son had an account with Shoreline in Manitowoc. He passed away in July without a will. He had veery little to his name and he passed away with cancer after a long battle. When I went into the credit union I was referred to a second person who handles these issues. It was a HSA and a little more complicated. She told me there was no beneficiary for the account and she needed time to figure it out. After weeks of waiting she texted that we should wait a bit. It was a strange comment for a very small amount in the account but she would call me. But I waited for a few more weeks. When I stopped in the credit union to get this completed, I was told by a 3rd party there was a beneficiary on th e account...Why did I have to find out almost 2 months later !!! I wasted my time because she was so busy, too busy, to explain the situation to me..
I am looking for a new place to put my money after dealing with a person who has no understanding of decency or understanding
of a customer who is trying to finish up after a huge loss...
A simple phone call would have ended this.
