Bankfirst is the only bank I've ever heard of that does not allow you to put a stop on ACH payments. They told me that if you've ever given a company permission to access your account, they can debit it whenever they want for any amount. Even if you revoked ACH with the company, they will not stop it or investigate it as fraud.

BankFirst refused to issue me a credit for a fraudulent check that was cashed in my name, and instead left me with a permanent $480 deficit in my checking account. They are extremely unhelpful and inexperienced in check fraud and do not care at all about the customer.
