Great customer service, awesome people! We moved everything here 5 months ago because our bank was hitting us with a fee on every little thing. Johnathon in the loan department is the guy to see for a loan, super fast and good rates!

One of the worst banking experiences of my life. Lack of communication, left ten voicemails and then had to keep calling to finally get in contact with them. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.

Absolutely terrible banking experience! Number 1 their representatives are always busy and the people behind the counter are completely worthless when it comes to helping with anything. Number 2 and most important they broke the interest agreement on a loan and refuse to fix it. If I don't pay the grossly inflated price that goes against the terms of the loan I signed with the previous People's Choice bank they'll ding the credit score. Very dishonest bank. They don't believe they need to honour loans that were made with People's Choice and are setting their own interest rates to current interest rates despite what the signed loan agreement clearly states. Dishonest bank. Don't give them a chance to rip you off too.
