I’m amending my review to five stars after being contacted by the staff. A good meeting with them satisfied my concerns. I’m impressed they reached out to me and were genuinely interested in making me feel that I was important to them as a customer.

The staff here are very personable and friendly. Rates are on par with the market, they currently are offering a savings plan with a chance to win cash prizes. This is my favorite credit union in Taylor County
