I was very impressed how fast they approved my loan! Due to lack of transportation (hence needing the loan) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get to the store during operation hours, but the woman I spoke to walked me through everything over the phone! I definitely appreciate the wonderful customer service in my time of need.

I spoke with the manager Jasmine today.. she was very assertive and helpful.. she was able to answer all my questions. She was patient and took her time to help me understand how the process works. I would definitely recommend anyone with questions or concerns to please give her a call
