Excellent customer service and patient employees. Once, NSL withdrew funds before the due date and overdrew my account. I was upset, but they paid all bank fees. Recently, my employer deposited a portion of my paycheck and they were not going to deposit the rest until the following week. As a result, NSL was unable to withdraw their payment. I called them and explained my situation, they didn’t charge me any fees. Overall, NSL is very easy to work with.

This loan store scams you I took out a $200.00 loan in August and they were taking payments from my checking account and in October I still owed $244.00 they take the interest out first before making any payment on you loan please avoid this place

HORRIBLE!!! Better off going somewhere else. I got sent to their "fraud" depot cause i printed off two different forms of pay stubs. I clearly showed the lady that i can print two versions of my pay stub since my work goes through ultipro for its employees. Of course nothing can be done. People are worthless here. Waste of time & space.
