Longtime business customer, very happy with this bank and this branch. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Good location, good banking app and services.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I hadn't been inside for 2 years and a member of staff still remembered me. I've never had a question that someone couldn't find an answer for. They're always quick to answer the phone when I call. I've also gotten follow up calls on a fraud charge claim I made, which I thought was nice. Awesome customer service overall.

By far the BEST bank i've ever been to. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They answer all of my questions and are extremely helpful. I've been with a lot of different banks in the past and this BMO is the best one by a long shot. Tanya is the best!

I am unpleased by the way this bank conducts business. There so called perks, are definitely not what was advertise. If you want your money, find another bank. This one definitely will rob you blind and take what they please.

Bad service. Staff is slow and not very knowledgeable. Inconvenient with minimum hours. Advertises free checking. But checking isn’t free. Read the fine print or stay away entirely
