They're not open late enough for a working person to deposit money and the night deposits options and check cashing online suggested in the owners response do not work for cash. They also have an absolutely insane $32 overdraft fee for every single purchase that puts it further in the negative.

Overall Great bank for both Personal and Business. Customer service is very good and they are extremely competitive.

New to the area and needed some quarters to do laundry. They refused to exchange a 20 dollar bill for quarters due to fact I wasn't a member of their bank. My wife and I have no desire to become members of a bank that can't help people with a equal exchange.
