Check Into Cash, Onalaska, WI

I have been a customer of Check Into Cash for several years now. they are wonderful I go to them for all my money needs, check cashing and wire transfers. The ladies there are wonderful they've always been nice to me I've had a great experience with them I would suggest anybody to go to them if you want great service. Jon and Lora Papenfuss

Shirley and Kelly are AMAZING! We have to pay our mortgage this way for a couple months (stupid) but they are so helpful and fun to work with!! Kelly is hilarious and says it like it is, but I love it! Shirlie is new, but caught on quick and is a great addition to Kelly’s team!! I don’t like having to pay additional fees on top of already paying my house payment. But they make it ok as I always walk out of there with a smile on my face and laughs to last me until I see them next month!! Thanks girls!!

Kelly was so helpful when I didn't have a bank account and needed to cash my paychecks...now I have a bank account and I still go to Kelly to cash my checks.

I have worked with Kelly before and she is an absolute rockstar! I was anxious about some upcoming vehicle repairs and she helped make this process smooth and easy for me! 10/10 will keep her my first choose when looking for financial help.

I used their services to pick up a Western Union & Kelly helped me. She went well above & beyond to assist me. She was extremely knowledgeable/informative, as well as very pleasant. I was so pleased with her service, I shook her hand twice before leaving. I wish all customer service representatives were as wonderful as Kelly was.

My roommates and I had our security deposit and we needed it cashed so I called in asking a simple question, "Could you cash a check written out to 5 different people?". On the phone I was met with the worst customer service I have ever been treated with. She replied in a loud and annoyed tone saying "were not gonna cash that". I asked why? She replies, "We're not gonna cash that!" and immediately hangs up the phone. I called back and got on with a different woman who recognizes my question and after a similar response hangs up on me again. Not gonna lie here, in retaliation I blew up their phone with calls to get my get back but eventually asked for the manager and it turns out she was one of the women I spoke to originally. It's unfortunate to see a manager with so little understanding of customer service. I mean I'm still in college and seem to have a better grasp of how to and why a company should treat their customer with respect. Overall just tough to see a operation so mismanaged and with morals screwed in such a way. Hopefully one day she can understand simple customer service but until then, I can say I would never suport this type of operation.

Once again, Kelly and Shirley to the rescue! With the holidays here things are tight and I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do until I remembered how pleasant they are!! Thanks again ladies! You are the best!!
