Check `n Go, Onalaska, WI

First time getting a loan Wyatt helped me understand everything. Highly recommend this check n go branch!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had stopped by the Onalaska Check n Go to make a payment on my loan, the time was about 2:15pm, the door was locked, I looked at the sign for hours of operation and noticed that they were closed daily from 2pm - 2:30pm for lunch. I figured my wife and I could go have some lunch ourselves and come back after 2:30. After Dropping my wife back off at work, I went back to Check n Go at about 3:15pm and now there was a sign on the door saying they would return at 3:45pm. I could not come back again or wait for them. I could see a staff member sitting at their computer so I knocked on the door. They looked at me and shook their head stating no they were not going to let me in and they went back to looking at their computer. I stood outside waiting for a couple minutes and during this time, the staff member would periodically look up from their computer to see if I was still there, after seeing I was still there, they would go back to their computer. I had now been waiting for about 5 minutes, so I called the phone number on the door. No answer, so I left a message stating that I was outside and all I wanted to do was make a payment. A couple more minutes tick by and finally, the staff member gets up and comes to the door. I was thinking "Great, they got my message and are letting me in to make my payment". Boy was I wrong, the door unlocked and as soon as it opened the staff member Natalie started telling me that I was being rude by knocking on the door and she wasn't going to let me in because she was in a meeting (I found out later from another Check n Go branch office that even if they are in a meeting, the door is to remain unlocked and the staff is allowed to step away from the meeting to assist customer). Natalie then stated to me that she was not going to let me in for being rude and she was going to call the police. I asked if I could make my payment, to which she replied "are you going to be rude?", my reply was "are you going to take my payment?". She then said she had enough, closed and locked the door again, and said she was going to call the police. This was not the first time I stopped by to make a payment and the door has been locked, the previous time I went to make a payment, the door was locked then as well and it was the same staff member Natalie that was working that day also. From my Check n Go experience, I cannot recommend anyone go to the Onalaska location for services, at least not as long as Natalie is working for the company.

I had a wonderful walk In experience with Ms Lori she helped me and was very nice , we need more like her I had no problem cashing my check thanks Alot Lori .
