Chad has been absolutely an amazing person to work with. He did everything in his power to help get us the money that we needed. Customer service was on point. I went in for a loan and Hanna was amazing, she was friendly from the moment I walked in and was so willing to help- she explained the different option loans the company offers and helped me pick what what best for me and my situation. She is very knowledgeable on the products and her friendliness just radiates throughout the building. I recommend anyone to go see Hanna for any needs you may have. She will not disappoint.

I've been a great customer of this place for at least 5 years. Today I go in for a $250.00 loan, go through about 90% of our transaction to find out I now need addresses for my references? I was so mad. Who here knows 3 addresses of references? Anyone? Didn't think so. So, on a car valued at $9000.00, and them having a legal right to take my car if I default, ....you need my family and friends addresses? Why? To try to get new business? Ha. I will never refer anyone to you again. You had a 5 star review from me before today. You just lost a long time paying customer.

The past few months have been a struggle for me, as with a lot of other good hard working people out there, but I just couldn't seem to make ends meet or budget, expenses just seemed to keep popping up, I wasn't sure if I could even pay rent this month. After exhausting all my resources and looking desperately for a loan online, bad credit and all, I just couldn't seem to catch a break. I was ready to just give up. By sheer coincidence and a bit of luck, I stumbled upon the ad for "WI Auto Title Loans of Oshkosh". Picking up the phone I called them, already thinking I was denied. That's when, Renae, this very polite and friendly woman answered, and something just felt right. Being the novice that I was, having never really had a loan before, she put my mind at ease. Long story short and hour later, I was walking out of there with over $1,100.00dollers and a big smile across my face. Thanks again Renae, most knowledgeable professional and friendly experience I've had ad a customer, I'd recommend to anyone.

Reneé (sp)? was super polite to my wife and and extremely helpful during the entire loan process. I have the feeling that she would go above and beyond for clients.
