Tim has been a tremendous help in my recent purchase of an investment property. First he helped with multiple options and drew them all out on how we could get this deal done. It helped having someone as knowledgeable as Tim to explain to me how the mortgage process works to get a better understanding what a realistic purchase price would be. There were many hurdles to overcome but yet Tim was able to solve all the issues and close on this property quickly. He kept me in the loop and I could call/text him directly if I had any issues or concerns. Having done business with other banks and credit unions for mortgages, I have to say you will not get this kind of support and care like everyone at Commonwealth.
