They utilize an easy to use app you can download to your phone and upload important documents. Also, throughout the process you will receive emails explaining where your loan is at and what that means to you so you're not stuck wondering what's going on. This should be your first choice for a mortgage company, it was such an easy and nice experience. It gave us one less thing we had to worry about while packing and preparing to move.

Jonathan and his entire team were professional and incredibly adept. Most importantly for me, though, was how kind and patient they were with me. This was a terrifying process for me, and I had a lot of hurdles. Everyone was incredibly understanding and made this as painless as possible, while taking all the time I needed to be clear and comfortable in each step. I'm extremely grateful for how they brought the complete package of competency and humanity to the table, and helped me accomplish something I didn't think possible.
