My refinance experience was a breeze and completed quickly. I will definitely return for future mortgage needs. I especially appreciate the personal touch. Matt and his team treated me like a friend, not a number which is so often the case nowadays.

Eric Barnes of Waterstone Mortgage, is a very dedicate man, who is responsive with questions and provides solutions to concerns for progressing on mortgage and re-financing. He is easy to speak with and "sets your mind at ease" with him seeing your entire portfolio! He can devise a plan that is easy to understand, with only the "best in mind" for his clients and customers! I have refinanced with this "expert" multiple times, and each and every time, was feeling positive after every meeting and phone conversations! He has improved our finances each time and have grown to feel "as if he is family" where I would entrust him with my most private financial information. We recently just closed on a re-finance in the past week and the smoothness of the entire process, and him, providing the calculations for a seamless closing, left my wife and I empowered in financial wealth! This was an awesome experience. Amanda Cartwright was the cornerstone of us getting our loan. She was always there to answer my questions and quell my fears. She did not just help me during business hours, If I had a question and it was a weekend or she was out of the office she still answered me and never made me feel stupid for asking a question. This will be where I come when I’m ready to buy another house.
