Once I pay my loan off I will not be back. This place has done it twice where they put the wrong pay date so I had to come up with $20 on a week I don't get paid not once but twice!. Only thing they could do to "help me" was pay $20 to refinace to get the correct date. People need to watch out for this store! Make sure you look over every contract since they don't pay attention to your pay date!

They had me in there for a whole hour asking me questions about my bank account acting like I was going to get approved to tell me at the end that I was denied. Please stop sending me letters making me think that I have a chance of being approved. Very misleading.

Such great customer service from all staff today.Hopefully I have these ladies names correct, Jodi, lisette and Molly thank you for all your help and thank you for being so professional and pleasant.

I was in need of a very short term loan in between a business venture and unfortunately there was an accounting glitch at Corporate of the Cash Store which was inaccurate of my record and history. Jody at the local Mount Pleasant location diligently delved into the issue until it was resolved and she made sure my record was cleared. She is very professional and always friendly. Also very honest, they do not mislead potential clients but are upfront with what they should expect contractually. Good place if necessary!
