I was worried about going to this store but the service rep Dedra Boettger made me feel very comfortable and was very in depth about all the features and very knowledgeable on all aspects of her job. Ann gave wonderful customer service even though she ended up having to stay over 30 minutes past the time she was supposed to be off. She made the process very simple and quick. I was offered over 4,000$ for loan and ability to pay off early with no penalty and had great biweekly payments!
