I needed a loan so I was looking between Rocket Mortgage and Heights Finance to see which one gave me the best options. When I talk to Yolanda she was very personable, honest and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Heights Finance and Yolanda to giving the highest standards of customer service! David was also really helpful and kind he was prompt at following up with all the pertinent information needed to finalize my loan. He also gives exceptional customer service! It was a pleasure working with both of them!
