Everything it's okay. They help you a lot and went you need them..

So I paid my loan payment in 3 separate payment the last payment being on the day it was due found out I still owe 2.50. Then they said because I didn’t pay the payment in full on day due I get charged 5$ more in interest. But I payed the full payment by the day it’s due. But I guess u get penalized for making partial payment early. Go figure never heard such a thing. Not to mention I’ve been with them for 3 years and never has it happen all they can say it because u made the partial payment early I charged more interest. Maybe if I was late I can see that but early. Really. Bottom line make ur payment in full day it’s due not a day early cuz it might as well be late ur getting charged no matter what.
